About the Role:
The Woodhouse Day Spa in Gainesville, VA is looking for talented and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage
- Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments that align with Woodhouse luxury spa standards
- Conduct thorough client intake consultations to customize each session to individual needs
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment room environment between appointments
- Recommend retail products and additional spa services to enhance the client's wellness journey
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and spa policies
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Massage Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)
- Completed accredited massage therapy program with required training hours
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)
- Strong client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per shift
- Prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus
